We are embarking on exciting times in the discipline of Equestrian Vaulting in Australia.  2023/2024 have been very productive years for the growth and development of the discipline of Equestrian Vaulting with numerous competitions across the country and an increasing interest in international competition.

To compete in World Championship and CVI (Concours de Voltige International) events both horse and vaulter are required to have ongoing FEI qualifying scores within an 18month period to a given championship event.   In an effort to provide Australian Vaulting athletes the opportunity to qualify on home soil Wellington Park has collaborated with Sydney Vaulting Group to organise and host the Great Southern CVI planned to be held 2-23 February 2025 at Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

Furthermore, the intention of this collaboration is to provide certainty within the calendar for our elite athletes by facilitating a 5-year plan to assist the coordination of these events and provide opportunities to aide our Australian International representation.   The FEI requires 4 international judges for this event, so we need support to achieve this.

We are delighted to be a part of this collaboration and we are reaching out to significantly passionate stakeholders to assist with the substantial sponsorship required for the event.
